We start our work with signing a work agreement (incl. non disclosure aggreement). After we send you a checklist for preparation and receiving the needed datamaterial we start with our quantitative analysis. This includes appr. 85 structured reports which we get as output of our analysis. Practical experience has shown us that there is an interesting correlation between corporate revenue and it´s structure and the absolute potential for optimization and cost savings potential in along the cash flow.
Our statistical evaluations show that this savings potential is related to certain characteristics, for example the level of revenue mentioned before. The confidence interval of our calculations was 0.05. Simply put, on the basis of our characteristics, we are able to forecast your concrete savings potential to a 95% degree of probability with an accepted 5% margin of error. Phase II: Finding - Free Detailed Analysis in just 1 Day on Site!
Our activity in your company on Site begins with a quick analysis of the status quo. Within just a few hours, we will have investigated the specialist interview and processes relevant to cash in detail in order to find potential savings. On the same day, we will present you with the results, provide you with recommendations for the implementation of the potential and create concrete activity plans with your employees.
Phase III: Implementing - Joint Implementation of the optimisation potential!
In Phase III, we will provide your finance team with thorough support during the implementation of the agreed measures, so that the suggested measures are incorporated into the daily procedure and your company benefits from our work in a sustained way. You will receive ongoing results in a form that will allow you to make a decision – a management summary. Because all of our work is completely centred on your success, we make no exceptions with regard to fees. CASHFINDER's fee depends exclusively on the result achieved and therefore on the savings potential of your company actually realised in the first year.
